PRICING

• Daily Visit: $25 (base rate)

• 2x Daily Visits: $40 (base rate)

An additional charge of $5 or more for locations beyond a 10-mile radius of

downtown Martinsburg, with the exact amount based on distance.

Rates may also increase due to:

Amount of cats (requiring additional time and care) • pet's specific medical

needs • the presence of additional non-feline pets. Special circumstances, including

but not limited to those listed above, will be priced on an individual basis.

Services and rates will be tailored to the specific needs of each household.

If Crazy Cat Nanny rates increase, you will be notified via email.

New prices will be effective 30 days after such notice has been given.

KEY PICK-UP/DROP-OFF

There is a $10 surcharge for key 'pick-up/drop-off only' visits to your home.

Client's keys are typically kept for the convenience of future visits and emergencies.

(Keys are securely stored in a lockbox when not in use)

PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment in full is due on/by the first scheduled visit

• Payments can be made by cash, check, and Venmo

• There is a $30.00 charge for returned checks

HOLIDAYS

I don't charge extra for holidays. Ever.

SCHEDULING NOTICE

Please book as soon as you know your travel dates. While a two to four week

notice is recommended, I can't guarantee availability. I always strive to

accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations must be called or texted to 352-678-2680 at least

12 hours prior to a scheduled service.

• Uncanceled appointments will be billed for one (1) visit.

• Please do not email to cancel an appointment.

I value my clients and use discretion. Information will never be

disclosed to third parties unless permission is obtained.
