MEET & GREET

I'll schedule your free Meet & Greet in the comfort of your home prior to my

first scheduled visit. I'll spend time with you, meet the fur-kids and gather all information necessary to provide quality care for them while you're away. Together we'll

establish the routine you'd like me to follow during each visit.*

A signed Service Agreement and Vet Release must be received before service will begin.

*I will also need the following at our Meet & Greet:  

House key (if your home has a keyed entry), code to security gates or home security systems, emergency contact information, vet Information, medication instructions (if applicable), signed Service Agreement and Vet Release Form (I'l bring

copies if you prefer not to print these out)

HOURS OF SERVICE

Primary business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 7 days per week. 

Please contact me regarding any special circumstances.

A 48-hour notice is best, but I understand that emergencies do happen and

I’ll do my best to accommodate same-day and short notice requests.

 

BEFORE YOU LEAVE

Be sure to call or text alerting me that you've left your home.

Here's a quick checklist to help make my visits with your pets run smoothly:

• Leave plenty of food and treats

• Leave toys accessible for your pets

• Leave dishes/bowls, kitty litter, and other supplies in a designated area

• Set your thermostat at a temperature that will be comfortable for your pets

• Inform your neighbors that the Crazy Cat Nanny will be visiting your home

• Call or text immediately with any changes to Contact Info, Emergency 

Numbers, or any access changes (new key, alarm code, etc)

• Leave additional instructions on the kitchen counter or other designated

area if any information has changed since our last visit

If you are going to be arriving later than expected, please contact me

as soon as possible to arrange any extra visits.
