MEET & GREET

I'll visit you in the comfort of your home, spending about 30 - 45 minutes meeting your

fur-kids and gathering all necessary information to provide quality care

for them while you're away.

Kindly have these items ready for our Meet & Greet: 

• House key or door entry code

• Alarm code to home security systems or gate

• Emergency contact information

• Vet information, and medication instructions (if applicable)

A signed Service Agreement and Vet Release are

required before service can begin.

The documents are available for review below. You're welcome to print and sign them

before my arrival, but I'll have copies on hand if you prefer not to print at home.

HOURS OF SERVICE

Primary business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 7 days per week. 

Please contact me regarding any special circumstances. A 48-hour notice is best,

but I understand that emergencies happen and I’ll do my best to

accommodate same-day and short notice requests.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR VACATION

Be sure to call or text alerting me that you've left your home!

 

Here's a quick checklist to help ensure my visits with your pets run smoothly:

• Leave plenty of food and treats

• Leave toys accessible for your pets

• Leave dishes/bowls, kitty litter, and other supplies in a designated area

• Set your thermostat at a temperature that will be comfortable for your pets

• Inform your neighbors that the Crazy Cat Nanny will be visiting your home

• Call or text immediately with any changes to Contact Info, Emergency 

Numbers, or any access changes (new key, alarm code, etc)

• Leave additional instructions on the kitchen counter or other designated

area if any information has changed since our last visit

Be sure to call or text letting me know that you've returned from your trip!

If you are going to be arriving later than expected, please contact me

as soon as possible to arrange any extra visits needed to keep

your kitties happy until your return.
