She responded in a timely manner and I was so relieved! We set up a meet and greet and MaryAnn was amazing; so thorough, asking questions and taking notes! She eased my mind at once and I was so thankful I found her! She took exceptional care of my 2 cats, as well as my home, while I was gone for a week! "I'll never ask my friends or family to feed and scoop we're away again!!! MaryAnn is absolutely amazing, and I can't say enough good things about her and this service she provides. We have two 8-year-old babies, one has a special need, and we haven't been able to leave them for more than a weekend in years. I was nervous about asking someone I didn't know come, but I loved The Crazy Cat Nanny's website and decided to reach out for a call. MaryAnn responded very quickly, and we set up a "meet-and-greet." I relaxed almost instantly and loved to see our (usually) shy girl soak up lovings from MaryAnn on the first visit. MaryAnn was caring and attentive as she asked questions and took notes. We took a much needed week-long vacation and felt so connected the whole time! MaryAnn sent daily pictures and text updates, and we arrived home to see she left a daily checklist and messages. We had a trip planned for an extended period of time, and the only thing that was holding me back was the care of my senior kitty, Midnight. "The Crazy Cat Nanny was literally an answer to a prayer.  I knew we would soon be needing a pet sitter and since I truly felt we were taking advantage of our good natured neighbors I asked the universe for a pet sitter.   The very next day I saw the CrazyCatNanny post on Nextdoor Pebble Ridge, checked out her website and knew I had found gold!  The Crazy Cat Nanny IS the gold standard in nannying furry purries.  I love that she is feline-specific - cats and dogs, love them all, but they are different.  We are so impressed with the professional thoughtfulness she gives her business and website along with her infectious laugh and humor.  Even if you don't need a cat sitter, please check out her website - I'm chuckling now in remembrance of some of the pictures.  So we do a 'meet and greet' with our furkid and she immediately takes to MaryAnn.  Not something our shy and skittish furkid does.  MaryAnn is a 'cat whisperer'.  She is bubbly and gentle at once.  Our Hermione was enamored.  The loving care that MaryAnn gave Hermione while we were away was evident in the daily video and updates she sent us.  It was a huge relief and comfort for us that our girl was so comfortable, relaxed and playful with MaryAnn.   Snowstorm and all, Mary Ann went above and beyond far exceeding our expectations.  MaryAnn's a gift.  We feel blessed."
